Privacy

multi-google-mcp is open-source software that runs on your own computer. Each person who uses it creates their own Google Cloud project and their own sign-in app, and may point that app's privacy link to this page. This page covers the software and those personal apps.
What the software accesses
With your permission, it reads and organises Gmail, reads and edits Google Calendar events, and searches, reads, creates and edits Google Drive files, Docs and Sheets, in the Google accounts you connect. It does this only when you, or the AI assistant you run it with, ask it to.
Where your data goes
- Your data travels only between your computer and Google.
- The author of multi-google-mcp receives nothing: no emails, files, tokens, usage data or analytics. There is no server in between.
- Your sign-in tokens are stored on your computer in
~/.config/multi-google-mcp, readable only by your user account. - Content the assistant reads is processed by the AI assistant you choose (for example Claude), under that provider's own privacy terms.
What it never does
- It cannot send email or delete anything: those functions do not exist in the code.
- It does not sell, share or transfer Google user data, and does not use it for advertising.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Run npx multi-google-mcp remove you@example.com, delete
~/.config/multi-google-mcp, and revoke the app at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
